By accessing or using the Service on web or mobile, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
Our platform leverages advanced AI models to provide automated translation of text, documents, images, audio files, and website URLs into 100+ languages. Translations and source content may be temporarily stored (e.g. up to 30 days) to enable account-based history, editing, and session continuity.
2. Account Registration & Security
- Age Requirement Users under 13 may not use the Services. Users aged 13–17 may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent.
- Registration To access certain features, you must register with a valid email address and password.
- Credentials You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
- Accuracy of Information You agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.
- Process sensitive personal data (e.g., medical, financial, or biometric) without explicit permission.
- Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or resell the platform or underlying models.
- Interfere with the integrity or security of our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy.
4. Ownership & License
- Your Content You retain all ownership rights in any content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process your content solely to deliver the Services.
- Our Technology All AI models, software, designs, and documentation are our exclusive property, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. AI Translation Accuracy
- AI-generated translations are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
- Our Services are intended for informational use only and are not a substitute for professional human translation in legal, medical, or other high-risk contexts.
- You bear full responsibility for reviewing and approving all translated content before relying on it.
6. Fees & Payment
- Free vs. Paid Features Basic usage may be free; premium features or higher volume usage require a subscription.
- Billing By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all fees and applicable taxes.
- Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

By using the Services you consent to our data practices as described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR THREE (3) MONTHS.
